Spiritual knowledge comprises information that leads us to a deeper understanding of ourselves.

Ladies of all ages and backgrounds are invited to join us as we awaken to our inner grace, enter into a deeper understanding of our true nature and value as human beings, find our rhythm, clarify our projection, communicate effectively, and learn new approaches to intimacy and commitment.  

Through the teachings of various indigenous, Eastern, and Western traditions, we receive guidance, support, encouragement, and inspiration as women to embrace our grace, courage, strength, self-worth, and divinity—anytime, anywhere. Learn the art of being an “awakened” woman and how to become more mindful and in tune with your inner mastery, and share it with the world.

Bring an open mind and heart and food to share for the meal afterward. Monetary donations are accepted.

We will be utilizing hoop drums as a way to connect to Mother Earth through our vibration.  Also, guided visualizations connect us to our vast cosmic support teams.

It is an uplifting, peaceful, and safe environment to be seen, heard, and appreciated as we create a closer relationship with ourselves and all of creation.
